We are building a three bedroom two-story house at
1941 Manor Place, Fairfield, Solano County, California.

This is our newest house started in January 2007.

Please help us with monetary and material donations to keep construction moving. Monetary donations may be made securely online using a credit card or by mailing a donation to us.

We need construction volunteers for this build. In addition, we are looking for individuals experienced with residential construction to become Site Supervisors (stipend possible). Saturdays are regular work days. We can also schedule work opportunities during the week. Be sure to check out the Construction Volunteer Information below.

Age Requirements:
All volunteers must be at least 16 years old to work on-site. Additionally, volunteers under 18 years old must have a "minor release waiver" signed by a parent or guardian AND must be accompanied by an adult at least 21 years old. If the volunteer group is a group of youths, then there should be one adult over 21 years old on-site for every three youths.

What to Bring

• Water--though beverages are available at the build site.
• Work clothes, including thick-soled, closed-toe shoes or boots, long sleeved shirts, and long pants.
• A towel, an extra sweatshirt or jacket and something to protect your car seat from wet and dirt. Although it rarely rains, please come prepared.
• Sunscreen

No tools are required. But, if you have them you can bring along a nail apron, safety glasses, tool belt with a hammer, tape measure, utility/pocket knife. Make sure all your tools are labeled with your name.

Work-day Schedule

• Registration: 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM
• Quitting Time: no later than 4:00PM. If you have to leave before 4, that is OKAY.

Directions to 1941 Manor Place, Fairfield
Take Rte. 12 east to Sunset in Suisun City.
Turn north (left) onto Sunset and proceed to the "T" at East Tabor.
Turn right onto East Tabor; pass Grange Middle School on the right.
Turn right onto Manor Place.
Take the first right hand turn into a court area where the work site is located.

Alternately:
Proceed East on Waterman, or exit Highway 80 at Waterman/Air Base Parkway.
Continue East on Air Base Parkway.
Turn right at Clay Bank.
At the "T" turn right onto East Tabor.
With Tabor Park on your right, turn left onto Manor Place.
Take the first right onto a court where the build site is located.
