Tax Deduction Information
Solano Napa Habitat for Humanity is a charitable 501(c)(3) organization. Donations made to our affiliate are deductible to the full extent under the IRS code. Individuals may claim deductions as usual on their 1040 Form per IRS procedures. Corporations should consult with their accountants for specific rules.
A thank you letter is sent with every in-kind donation. It is up to the donor to determine and report to the IRS the value of the item donated. Our thank you letter serves as a confirmation and receipt of your donation.
