Building and remodeling homes is at the heart of what we do. Helping families move out of poverty housing and into their own homes is life-changing for them as well as the many volunteers who do the work.
Habitat Corner in Fairfield SNHFH is currently fundraising for our current build, called Habitat Corner, in Fairfield. Habitat Corner will accommodate two single-family homes. Read more.
Neighborhood Stabilization Program in Vallejo In partnership with the city of Vallejo, SNHFH is acquiring foreclosed homes, rehabilitating them and selling them to qualified low and middle-income families. This effort, known as the Neighborhood Stabilization Program is funded through federal stimulus recovery dollars. Read more.
