We have optioned the right to purchase and subdivide this 5,000 SF lot from an existing 10,000 SF parcel. This will be our first build in Napa County. We have immediate need for funds to purchase the property and volunteers to oversee the entitlement process. Since the building site will need to be subdivided from the existing parcel the process is going to take some time. The family selection process for this home will begin when the property has been acquired and the lot subdivided.
